Josefa Slipways, Inc. is a Filipino-owned shipbuilding and ship repair company established in 2005. The company specializes in ship construction, conversion, dry-docking, repair, and maintenance for vessels made of steel, aluminum, and FRP composite hulls. It designs, builds, converts, repairs, and provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for ships, ensuring compliance with international standards from organizations like the International Classification Society (IACS), Philippine Classification Societies, Flag State/Marina, IMO, PCG/MARPOL, MLC, and SOLAS. The company collaborates with renowned foreign ship design firms that specialize in various vessel types. It operates two main facilities: one in Navotas City, Metro Manila, established in 2005, offering dry docking, refit, repair, maintenance, and conversion services, including afloat repairs and electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical services; and a second facility in Sual, Pangasinan, established in 2017, which is a 20,000 square meter shipyard with slipways, new building launchways, and machinery and fabrication shops.
