It designs, builds, converts, repairs, and provides Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for ships, ensuring compliance with International Classification Society (IACS), Philippine Classification Societies, Flag State/Marina, IMO, PCG/MARPOL, MLC, and SOLAS standards. The company collaborates with renowned foreign ship design companies that specialize in various vessel types. It operates two facilities: one in Navotas City, Metro Manila, established in 2005, offering dry docking, refit, repair, maintenance, conversion, afloat repairs, and electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical services; and another in Sual, Pangasinan, established in 2017, featuring a 20,000 square meter shipyard with slipway, new building (launchway), and machinery and fabrication shops.
