Commodore Maritime Solutions Inc. (CMSI) is a marine services company established in 2007 as the exclusive Philippine agent for Maritime Partner AS, a Norwegian manufacturer of high-performance work boats. The company initially focused on sales, after-sales support, and ancillary services for Maritime Partner's range of defense, patrol, search and rescue, offshore, and work boats. Over time, CMSI expanded its portfolio to include design and engineering services, annual dry-dock maintenance, refit and repair, marine air-conditioning solutions, and material handling engineering and construction. In 2014, the company ventured into FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) boat construction for the luxury and recreation market through partnerships with German engineering firm Red Engineering Ltd. and Efficient Maschinentechniks Inc., resulting in the creation of six concept boats known as the Ingmar Cruiser series. These boats were exhibited at international expos in Manila and Germany. In 2015, CMSI acquired a waterfront production facility in Bacoor, Cavite, to support its boat building and marine servicing operations. The company's core offerings include the Maritime Partner range of work boats, marine design and naval architecture, routine maintenance and repairs, marine engineering services, vessel repairs and refitting, and new construction of luxury yachts and recreation boats.
