Originally founded as Young's Construction in January 1968 by Mr. Alfredo Young in Cebu City, the company operated as a single proprietorship until October 1991 when it became a privately held corporation registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission. The company's first major project was the 7-Storey Emerald Building in Cebu City, which established their capabilities in commercial construction. Following this initial success, Young Builders Corporation expanded operations to other major cities in the Southern Region including Davao and Iloilo. The company specializes in constructing commercial buildings, industrial factory complexes, and residential dwellings. Their services include preconstruction planning, architectural planning, and construction management.
