The University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) is an educational institution approaching its centennial in 2027. It offers K-12 basic education, tertiary programs, and graduate studies, with many programs accredited by PACUCOA. The university is undergoing a transformative period under the leadership of President Dr. Amelia A. Biglete, who brings over four decades of experience in education and public service. Dr. Biglete holds a PhD in Education from UP Diliman, an MS in Economics from De La Salle University, and a BS in Statistics from UP Los Baños, with additional international training in the US and Germany. Her career includes significant roles at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), where she contributed to policy development, curriculum revisions, and the Philippine Qualifications Framework. She has also taught graduate courses at multiple universities for over 26 years. USPF emphasizes academic excellence, research, industry partnerships, and digital transformation, aiming to be a model of 21st-century education. Recent achievements include graduates ranking highly in licensure exams for geodetic engineering, social work, and nursing.
