Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig (PLP) is a public higher education institution established on March 15, 1999, by the Pasig Local Government Unit through Ordinance No. 11, Series of 1999. The university operates under the authority granted by the Local Government Code of 1991, which allows local government units to establish and operate educational institutions.
