Golden State College

Goldenstate College is an educational institution located in the Southern Mindanao region of the Philippines, operating multiple campuses across General Santos City, Malungon, Maasim, Kiamba, and Koronadal City. Founded as Goldenstate Institute to address growing demand for technical skills, it began with seven administrative officials, twenty-nine instructors, and 160 students, expanding over five years to forty-eight administrative staff and instructors. The college offers a comprehensive range of academic programs through its various colleges: Business and Management, Hospitality Management, Information Technology Education, Criminology, and Arts and Education, along with a Senior High School program featuring diverse tracks. Its mission emphasizes preparing students for professional careers through a curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience. The institution has achieved ISO 21001:2018 certification, reflecting its commitment to educational management systems, and actively participates in community initiatives such as environmental clean-up drives. It provides library services to enrolled students and follows structured enrollment procedures, with key academic dates including semester starts, enrollment periods, and graduation ceremonies.
