Fernandez College of Arts and Technology (FCAT) is a non-sectarian educational institution located in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines. Founded by Dr. Marcelo V. Fernandez Sr., the college focuses on providing accessible, quality education with an emphasis on technical and vocational training.
