About Bago City College
Bago City College is a public educational institution in Bago City, Philippines, originally established in 1980 as Bago City College Technical School by the late Mayor Manuel Y. Torres. The college was founded to provide tertiary education opportunities for local youth and has since expanded to serve thousands of students from Bago City and surrounding areas. It offers affordable, quality education through academic and technical courses, aiming to develop competent, self-reliant graduates. The institution's mission is to be a center of quality education that fosters innovation, service orientation, and global competitiveness to improve quality of life. Its goals include providing education comparable to public and private institutions, enhancing individual potential for holistic development, and training graduates with professional skills. The college is led by President Deborah Natalia E. Singson, PhD, and has an administrative team handling operations such as administration, cashiering, supply, accounting, and general staff support. Enrollment for the first semester of the academic year 2025-2026 is scheduled by year level and for transferees/shifters.
