Philippine Normal University - North Luzon

Philippine Normal University (PNU) is a higher education institution established in 1901 as the Philippine Normal School, making it the first institution of higher learning created during the American occupation of the Philippines. Designated as The National Center for Teacher Education, PNU specializes in training educators through undergraduate and graduate programs.
