ESI aims to provide quality, affordable elevators with reliable after-sales support. Its first installation was in May 2004 at Le Mirage De Malate, a 30-story residential condominium in Manila, where three units have operated continuously without issues, demonstrating the durability and reliability of its products. The company offers a range of elevator and escalator products, including home lifts, machine roomless elevators, high-speed elevators, freight elevators, hospital elevators, panoramic elevators, and moving walks, primarily from brands like Stiltz and Canny. ESI has completed projects for various residential, commercial, and institutional clients across the Philippines, such as condominiums, hotels, government buildings, and housing developments. It focuses on both installation and after-sales service, emphasizing professionalism and reasonable pricing.
