Elevator Specialista, Inc. (ESI) is a Philippine-based elevator company established on December 16, 2008, by a group of professionals led by Engr. Philip L. Go, Chairman of Builders 2000, a respected real estate developer. The company was founded to address issues with defective elevators in the country, such as lack of professional after-sales service and high spare parts costs, by providing quality, affordable elevators with reliable after-sales support. ESI's first installation was in May 2004 at Le Mirage De Malate, a 30-story residential condominium in Manila developed by Builders 2000, where three units have operated continuously and trouble-free since then, demonstrating the reliability and durability of their products. The company offers a range of elevator and escalator products, including Stiltz home lifts (Duo and Trio models) and Canny brand solutions like machine roomless elevators, high-speed elevators, freight elevators, home elevators, panoramic elevators, hospital elevators, indoor/outdoor escalators, heavy-duty escalators, and moving walks. ESI has completed projects for various residential, commercial, and institutional clients, such as Asiawealth Condominium, Shaw Residenza, Fountain Breeze, DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs), Aseana Business Park, F1 City Center, Azalea hotels, and Deca Homes developments, focusing on providing professional service and reasonable pricing to ensure elevator functionality and safety.
