About Montessori de San Juan
Montessori de San Juan is an educational institution established in 1975 by Pomona G. Arellano, originally named Children's House on Montessori Lane before adopting its current name in 1990. The school celebrates 50 years of building an educational legacy with a philosophy centered on small class sizes to understand each child as an individual with unique needs, characteristics, capabilities, and potential. It offers Montessori, progressive, and inclusive programs designed for holistic growth across multiple educational levels: Kindergarten, Primary School, Middle School, High School, Senior High School, and a SPED Program. The institution serves approximately 200 students with a maximum class size of 26 and a student-to-teacher ratio of 7:1. It emphasizes empowering every child through tailored educational approaches.
