Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas (CLB) is an educational institution established by the Batangas City Government, celebrating its 20th founding anniversary. The college offers undergraduate programs including Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED), Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLED), Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED), BS Accountancy (BSA), Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), and a Diploma of Technology and Livelihood Education Program (DTL). CLB operates with a vision aligned with the city government's commitment to quality education, emphasizing academic excellence, faith-driven service, and community empowerment. The institution has launched a merit-based scholarship program called Educating Brilliant Dreamers: Merit-based Aid for Mastery (EBD-MAM), providing financial assistance to deserving students.
